1 Introduction & Consent

2 Account Registration & Usage

Each individual may only register one account at gw40. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in all associated accounts being closed and any remaining balance being forfeited.

All information provided at registration — including name, phone number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false details may result in a temporary or permanent account closure upon verification.

• Do not share your account login credentials (password) with anyone.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to gw40 immediately.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be sold or transferred.
• Users are solely responsible for all activity on their own account.

3 Age Verification

Gw40 is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. During registration, you must confirm that you are 18 or older. gw40 may verify your age at any time via national ID, birth certificate, or driving licence.

Phone number data received from gw40's payment gateways (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket) may also be used for age verification purposes.

4 Deposits & Payments

Gw40 accepts Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are usually credited instantly, though in some cases it may take up to 15 minutes.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• If a third-party payment method is used, account verification may be required.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn directly — at least one bet must be placed first.
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions will not be accepted.
• Gw40 reserves the right to decline or place a hold on any deposit if there are grounds to do so.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount at gw40 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. For VIP members, this is reduced to 6 hours.

Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals made for the first time. This is done to prevent money laundering and to protect your account security.

• Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5 lakh for regular members and ৳20 lakh for VIP members.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may be withheld pending identity verification.
• Withdrawals may take slightly longer to process on bank holidays.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Gw40 bonus offers come with specific terms. To receive the welcome bonus, you must make your first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totaling a specified multiple of the bonus amount (wagering requirement).

• Welcome Bonus: 100% of your first deposit, up to ৳10,000 — wager x5.
• Reload Bonus: terms vary daily — please read the conditions before claiming.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once per person.
• Any use of fraudulent methods to claim bonuses will result in cancellation of all bonuses.
• Cashback bonuses may or may not carry wagering requirements.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on gw40. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Pre-match bets must be placed before the match or event begins.
• Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and a bet is placed, gw40 reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, stakes for the affected bets will be refunded.
• If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the remaining legs stay active.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, gw40 may investigate and place a hold on the payout.

For cricket: if a match is settled under the Duckworth-Lewis method due to rain or any other reason, that result will be considered final.

8 Fair Play Policy

Gw40 is committed to providing a fair and equal environment for all players. Any form of fraud, manipulation, or system exploitation is strictly prohibited.

• The use of bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse — that is, placing bets strategically solely to meet bonus requirements — is strictly prohibited.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Any account found to be involved in game manipulation will be permanently closed.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Gw40 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent financial activity or money laundering.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

If an account is closed, the balance may be held until the investigation is complete. If no wrongdoing is found, the full balance will be returned.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
